Release - Covid-19

Release - Covid-19
To all our clients, partners and friends,

Many of you, or your family members, are already affected by the various measures announced to offset the spread of the COVID-19 virus. ADRIA POWER
SYSTEMS ® aims to remain active, in a safe environment adapted to the current situation, while following the evolution, day by day. We are monitoring the
coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) very closely and we have, and will take, the necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, their families, our partners and the community in which we live.

We are currently going through a turbulent and difficult period on the market, both in Canada and worldwide. We are aware of the growing concern of our clients, in connection with this particular context due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Despite this context, ADRIA POWER SYSTEMS ® currently retains the same operational force as usual, by implementing several preventive measures to minimize the impact that the actual situation has on our operations, but especially on the health and safety of our entire team.

Effective implemented measures:

  • Any employee who has traveled outside the country, or has symptoms associated with the virus, must remain in confinement for 14 days;
  • All employees working in our facilities must wash their hands within a maximum of 30 minutes. Hand sanitizer and soap are available at several locations on our installations;
  • Any meeting or interview, with people from outside our organisation, must be done by phone or videoconference;
  • Teleworking recommendation;
  • A team has been formed to clean and disinfect numerous surfaces and common areas in the installation, on a frequent basis through the day;
  • Daily disinfection mandatory on all personal working stations;
  • Workspaces reconfiguration, to ensure a minimum spacing of 2 meters between employees;
  • Temporary workstation reassignment, depending on availability;
  • Establishment of different breaks and lunch hours, to reduce the number of people in the same place;
  • Permission to have lunch at workstation, for office staff;
  • Permission to all staff to work variable and reduced hours, if needed.

All these measures are implemented to minimize the virus impact and to keep on providing our clients and partners with the same service quality.

Our salespeople, project managers and customer service are there for you.
Do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to answer your questions.

In conclusion, it is important to mention that we will continue to monitor the progress of the virus and take the necessary actions, daily.

Our most sincere health wishes and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
